THE HEART BEHIND IT — WHY J-FIT CREATED YOUNG CUBS

J-FIT was built on a simple truth: A safe, inclusive community changes lives. For most of our lives, we didn’t feel like we fit in. We felt out of place in gyms, in groups, in spaces that didn’t feel made for us. We hid pieces of who we were just to belong. We know what it’s like to show up somewhere and wonder if you’re welcome. That’s exactly why J-FIT exists — for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to have a place where they feel seen, supported, and strong. And that’s why we created the Young Cubs Program.

We want every young person who walks into J-FIT to know:
