Meet Sarah & Her Family

Hey y’all! My name is Sarah Morris. I have been a member of J-Fit for 4 years. I met Joe when he was a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym in Cedar Park. He yelled at me for my form on the squat rack, and I knew this guy could help me with honesty, integrity and love. All aspects he still empowers to this day! 

 

J-Fit has been a game changer for my life. As a realtor, mom of teenagers and an Australian shepherd (iykyk) my schedule is ever changing! They are always accommodating, welcoming and flexible. There are different personal training options, classes, open gym and community events that we love. 

 

My absolute favorite thing about being a member at JFit, is when I am able to train with my whole family. Watching my teenagers and husband lift safely is so important to me. My daughters are high school volleyball players and he tailors their workouts to make them better athletes. When my husband tore his bicep at work, Joe was right there accommodating the workouts, adjusting the weights and taking direction from the physical therapist so he could safely lift after his surgery. Now that I am perimenopausal, he is helping me through that as well! 

 

Our whole family loves Joe and Jordan, and we can’t wait to watch them grow and support them!!
