With minimal coach oversight and maximum intensity, you decide how deep you go—moving at your own rhythm while staying grounded in the electric energy of the Pack. Regenesis is your reset—an intentional, breath-driven recovery class designed to restore your muscles, lower your heart rate, and bring your body back to balance after high-intensity work. This is where strength meets stillness. Through guided stretching, mobility work, and slow, mindful movement, Regenesis helps release tension, improve flexibility, and support long-term performance and longevity.
