After long and challenging recovery from a couple of broken bones, I realized that simply having a gym membership wasn't enough, I reached out to several personal trainers. When I met Joe and Jordon during my consultation , I knew this would be the perfect place for me.
During my first session Joe shared with me that he had researched information regarding some of my issues so that he could better guide me back to health. This was very impressive to me and made me even more comfortable being with J-FIT. He started my program explaining why he chose an exercise each time and how it was connected in body. I am a retired Registered Nurse and everything he told me made perfect sense.
I was very apprehensive about starting a program with a personal trainer due to my age. I felt most of my aches and pains were just attributed to aging, Boy, was I wrong!
One problem I had been having for a while was walking up and down stairs and simply getting up off a chair needing to pull or push up. In less than 2 months' time I can now do both without hesitation. My confidence was now soaring high, and I was telling everyone about it.
My husband and my daughter noticed my progress. They were so impressed with how well I was doing that both of them no have joined J-FIT.
Oh, and I also bring my granddaughter age 10 for strength training. She plays softball and is wanting to be a professional athlete one day. Joe has developed a program with her to help achieve this goal. one day she picked up a bar bell weighing 95 pounds. Joe was shocked but has now included it to her program.
I think very highly of both Joe and Jordon and praise them for such a positive experience. If you are considering getting started just do it! You won't be sorry. I promise!
